Ziad Nader holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montréal and a master's degree in auditing and consulting from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He has more than 20 years of experience in public and private companies such as Hydro-Québec, Covidian or Medtronic. After starting his career in management consulting, Ziad quickly devoted himself to the field of human resources and particularly to the development of organizations, leadership, engagement as well as the transformation of teams of human resources to a role of business partners. Ziad is now Director of HR information systems and processes within VIA Rail Canada. As such, he is piloting the modernization of HR processes to support the realization of the VIA Rail strategic plan.
