Prior to joining the MEA in 2019, Robert Roy provided expertise and support to clients in a variety of sectors, including high-tech, manufacturing and consumer goods. He has worked with large, medium and small businesses, which is a considerable asset when it comes to understanding and translating into action the different challenges that an organization may face.
His professional background and international experience give him a global perspective of the complexity, challenges and potentials that the globalization of HR models can bring when it comes to reorganizing and implementing structured HR services and tools.
