A senior Human Resources executive, Eric has been working for organizations with international operations since the beginning of his career. In recent years, he has worked in highly competitive contexts where growth objectives have highlighted his contribution to developing synergies between the employee experience and customers in order to create shareholder value.
With the management teams, he participates in strategic thinking, and leads the teams that operationalize it, defining and implementing transformations in contexts of organic growth or acquisition.
With a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from Université Laval, Eric is Vice-President of Talent and Culture at Eddyfi/NDT, an innovative and growing private industrial technology company based in Quebec City that focuses on using advanced diagnostic technologies to improve health surveillance of our world's infrastructure.
