Mélie Matifat holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from the University of Montreal. With over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Mélie has an excellent understanding of what it takes to shape talent, culture and mobilization within a business. After holding management positions in organizations such as National Bank, CN and CBC/Radio-Canada, she joined Intelcom Express in April 2018 as Vice-President, People and Culture.
Over the years, Mélie has specialized, among other things, in talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development, employer branding and succession management. She is currently responsible for developing human resources strategies and practices for the entire Intelcom Express organization.
