HRMS Director - Intact
Fanie Lauzon is an HRMS Director at Intact. She is responsible for the HR system’s support and development. She also manages the People Analytic team and is the lead for the functional aspect of the Workday implementation.
She has 20 years of experience in the HRIS domain. Most of her career, she has helped removing the administrative burden by simplifying and automating processes. She has done so by leading technological projects in several HR areas: payroll, candidate sourcing, compensation, performance and time management. More recently, People Analytic has proven to be essential to the HR function. She therefore built a dedicated team responsible for HR data governance, reporting and analytics.
Fanie has a Master of Science in HR and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal.
