Stéphane Simard - Speaker

Stéphane Simard, B.A., BBA, CRHA, CSP is an international lecturer and author of five books translated into four languages including the bestsellers, Génération Y and Générer l’engagement au travail. Over the past 12 years, he has accompanied more than 25,000 managers in order to cope with new trends in human capital management through his lectures and coaching workshops. A graduate in management and teaching, Stéphane is a certified human resources Advisor (CHRP) and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) of the National Speakers Association. He has worked for over a decade in medium and large companies in the manufacturing and service sectors in managerial positions. Stéphane regularly collaborates in business publications as a columnist. 

As a professional lecturer, Mr. Simard gives about fifty lectures annually in various major corporate events and his capsule the commitment generator is read by several thousand subscribers each week on the Internet. He is regularly invited to intervene with organizations in Canada, France and Belgium to help them mobilize their employees more and reduce their turnover rate.
