Jenny is the founder of BonBoss.ca Inc., the company that aims to change the world of work, one great boss at a time. With a degree in Industrial Relations, she began her career in human resources management before beginning her life as an entrepreneur in content marketing. Her unusual career path leads her to develop a unique expertise and vision for the future of recruitment and management.
Illustrating herself as a leader, Jenny has won several distinctions: the Female Leadership Award at the Gala des Grands Prix de la Relève d’affaires – RJCCQ, The Nueva 2018 Prize from Femmes Alpha for a trade mission at the Entretiens Jacques Cartier in Lyon, and the Leadership 2019 Award at the Business Community 360. She sits notably at the endowment and integrated talent management table of the Order of CHRP. Since 2020, she has been a speaker on talent acquisition and the great bosses of today.
