Luc is a senior solutions architect at Deloitte's Canadian Development Centre for the Workday practice, with more than 25 years of consulting experience. In addition to Workday, to which he currently dedicates his practice, Luc has also been involved in the implementation of various ERPs, such as SAP and PeopleSoft as well as softwares developed in Quebec, such as Tandem RH and SIGMA-RH. Over the course of his career, Luc has covered the various dimensions of the HR function, from recruitment to compensation, management of leaves and time, benefits and payroll, both for the systems implementation and the post-implementation support. The local and global projects in which he has participated in various sectors (government, education, public services, manufacturing companies, etc.) have also enabled him to contribute at a strategic level to the transformation and optimization of HR processes, as well as setting up shared service centres.
