After an international 25-year career in the software and the telecommunications industries, Jacques Gaumond made a shift to embrace the Talent Management/ Human Capital Management (TM/HCM) industry. He has spent the last 15 years in this industry, first as a global solutions provider’s executive and later in fulfilling multiple roles, ie. management consultant, Corporate Director and business coach. In addition to his broad-based, multiple-angles experience, he has kept abreast of major changes in the TM/HCM industry and stayed close to key industry thought-leadership and research findings. And for the last three years, he has worked more directly with leading Industry Analysts firms in the TM/HCM sector, both in North America and Europe.
