Arielle Meloul-Wechsler - Senior Vice President, People, Culture and Communications

Arielle Meloul-Wechsler is Air Canada's Senior Vice President, People, Culture and Communications and has been a member of Air Canada's Executive team since 2013. In this role, she has oversight for all human resources and culture change initiatives across the company, labour relations, customer service training as well as internal and external communications.

Under Arielle's leadership, Air Canada has been named for several consecutive years, among Canada's Top 100 Employers, among Montreal's Top Employers, one of Canada's Top Diversity Employers, in addition to being named one of the Top 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures in Canada. 

Arielle holds a Civil Law degree from the Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McGill University. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993. She is also a member of the Conseil du Patronat.
